Shipping & Delivery Policy
Printfy3D is committed to providing a fast, secure, and reliable shipping experience for all our customers across the Arab Republic of Egypt. We partner with top-tier courier services to ensure your high-value 3D printers, resins, and filaments arrive safely. All printer shipments are fully insured.
1. Shipping Zones and Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated from the moment the order is dispatched from our warehouse in Helwan.

Note: "Business Days" are Sunday through Thursday. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your cart and your specific location.
- Large Format Printers: Gigantic printers (like OrangeStorm Giga or Kobra 3 Max) may require special freight handling. Any additional fees will be communicated prior to dispatch.
3. Order Processing & Tracking
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM are typically processed the same day.
- Tracking: You will receive an automated email with your Tracking Number as soon as the courier collects your package.
- Verification: For high-value orders, our team may contact you via phone to confirm address details before shipping.
4. Shipment Insurance & Damages
Your peace of mind is our priority. As an Authorized Reseller, we ensure high standards:
- Full Insurance: All 3D printers are insured against loss or damage during transit.
- Inspection Upon Receipt: Please inspect the package before signing the courier's receipt. If the box shows visible signs of severe damage, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
- Reporting Issues: If you discover concealed damage after opening, you must report it to info@printfy3d.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
5. Payment on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to a certain limit. For high-value industrial printers, a partial deposit or full bank transfer may be required. This will be confirmed during checkout.
